All transactions must be made by 3:00 pm at Nevis and the Main branch, 2:00 pm at the Express Branch, 2:30 pm at Pine City, and 3:00 pm online.
How can I transfer funds between accounts?
Transfers can be done through Online Banking, our mobile app, or by calling a customer service representative. A service fee may apply based on account type.
How can I check if a check cleared, my balance, or a direct deposit amount?
You can find this through our free Online Banking service, our mobile app, or by contacting a customer service representative during regular banking hours.
What is the daily limit for ATM withdrawals?
The initial maximum you can withdraw from an ATM within a 24-hour period is $500.
How do I find ATM locations with no fees?
Using your card at any Northwoods Bank branch location is surcharge-free. Customers can also use the Allpoint ATM Network for thousands of additional surcharge-free ATMs.
Do I need to notify you before traveling with my debit card?
Yes. Any unusual activity, including foreign transactions, may be flagged as fraud. Please notify us before you travel so your account is not restricted.
Can I receive my bank statement electronically?
Yes. E-Statements are available free of charge. Online Banking enrollment and a valid email address are required.
