Questions we hear a lot

Is there a cut off time for transactions?
All transactions must be made by 3:00 pm at Nevis and the Main branch, 2:00 pm at the Express Branch, 2:30 pm at Pine City, and 3:00 pm online.
How can I transfer funds between accounts?
Through Online Banking, our mobile app, or by calling a customer service representative. A service fee may apply based on account type.
What is the daily limit for ATM withdrawals?
The initial maximum you can withdraw from an ATM within a 24-hour period is $500.
Can I receive my bank statement electronically?
Yes. E-Statements are free of charge. Online Banking enrollment and a valid email address are required.
